I could not be more thankful for him at Bio One. In a time of tragedy he was kind, respectful, courteous and compassionate. He made a terrible situation bearable. His offer to work directly with the insurance company lifted a huge burden off of the family. I appreciate his professionalism and his support throughout this time. He has even called to check on the family for which we are grateful.
